Overall it was a worry free process . I was well informed throughout the entire process on status updates . When I went to pickup my car , it looked better than the day I picked it up when it was brand new . Car was detailed inside out . I would. Not even think twice if I needed any fixture bodywork to bring it right back to Platinumwerks even though body shop is almost an hour away from my home . Well worth the wait for top notch service .

Car was not repaired. Insurance company would not pay to have it repaired. The personnel at Platinum Werks were terrific. Very knowledgeable. Unfortunately no repairs were made

I was kept up to date on the status of the repairs and the end result was perfect. I wouldn’t trust any other body shop with my Audi and for good reason. They are the only Audi-certified body shop in Brevard County.
