Communication is a huge issue here. No phone calls, I had to call to follow up. I was told once parts were ordered, I'd be there waiting for the vehicle, instead I was told it would be a day or so while they matched paint. No one seemed to really care. On hold times, people not available to answer questions. I know it's Audi, but really. The first time we were there with our other audi was fine, now, it seems like "oh, we need to help you".

No I am not satisfied No work was completed and they held my car for 10 days. I am utterly furious with the situation that they put me through No work was done and they lied about these service that was going to be provided.
