I feel coming from customer service that sometimes you can be under serviced due to not enough people there. However making sure people in the office get priority after the phone might be helpful. It should depend on the need. Let's just say I waited for a bit before phones finally stopped ringing. She did great and I didn't mind waiting. But I could see where some people might have an issue.
