I have had vehicles in their shop a couple of times before & they have always done good on repairs. This is the first time everything did not function as it should.

I hadn't had the need to lower the tailgate after the repairs on my truck until about 6 days ago & discovered that the tailgate assist was not working. I let the tailgate down & it almost knocked me off my feet when the tailgate came down on me full weight. The assist takes away the full weight when opening the tailgate so it makes it easy to open & let down the tailgate so there is no danger of injury to the person opening it.

The car came out great! It took a long time and it was difficult to communicate with the technician. Office Secretary was wonderful (Virginia), and she kept me informed. My car battery was accidentally discharged bit was not appropriately charged back again, so it sustained damage and had to purchase a new one, our battery was inly 1 month old! Because it was not charged properly by tech’s at the shop, it sustained damage and store where purchased did not honor it!
