The actual repair was great. I was pleased. However I would like to make management aware that after picking up my vehicle that I discovered there has been a Dog in my car. The Dog hair that was in my floor board mats and dirt left on my seats and console is what concerns me. I do not own a pet of any kind and am allergic to Dogs and cats. I have severe asthma and am experiencing a flare up now. This doesn’t make me happy that someone had the nerve to put an animal in my car and I am assuming drive my car around while it was in your care. I would love to speak to someone about this matter. They did an excellent job repairing the damage to my truck. They washed and vacuumed the truck, and even clipped an air freshener to one of my AC vents. My truck was ready for pickup a day earlier than originally promised. Erin, the office manager, was very helpful, friendly, and professional.

I picked up my car and noticed that my car smelled like something had died in it. I drove the car home and I was later putting some essentials back in the car. I discovered the smell was coming from the spare tire compartment. There was a brown liquid that had soaked into the bottom of the compartment and caused things to get stuck to the bottom. I had to vacuum it up, scrub it with soap, and dry it to get it mostly to go away. I have now been airing my car out for two days with the smell going nowhere. It still smells pretty terrible and I just wish it would go away.
