Everyone at Tom’s was super nice and knowledgeable and the repair was completed to my satisfaction. One area of improvement I could suggest is to communicate better with your customers. I was left guessing when the repair to my car would be finished which made it difficult to coordinate with the rental car company and I had to extend the time of my rental more than once. However, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Tom’s Body Shop again if I needed to use their services in the future.
