Communication as to the progress of my repair was excellent. The time the repair took was also excellent. When I picked my car up, it was cleaned outside and inside and I was very impressed. The car looks amazing.

Our car was fixed in 4 days! When we picked it up, they had washed the car and cleaned the tires. The interior was spotless. We have DEFINITELY found our forever body shop. Highly recommend!

I would never recommend this body shop. From them causing more damage to my vehicle and trying to get us to falsely claim the damage on our insurance claim to us moving our vehicle and them not properly putting my car back together so the other shop could work on it. I would never recommend this body shop to anyone.

Tom’s caused more damage to my car. They broke my side drivers mirror and tried to blame us saying that it was like that when we dropped it off and we need to call the insurance and have them add it to the claim. When we went back to look at the damage, I asked to see the shop cameras because that is not how we dropped my car off that morning and you would be able to tell that coming into the shop. They stated that they have cameras but they don’t work so they were unable to show me anything. We ended up pulling our vehicle and moving it to a different body shop.
