Super awesome! My vehicle feels and drives as if no damage has occurred. They finished repairing my vehicle at the date promised. I’ve been driving my vehicle for about a week since back in my possession, I’ve encountered no issues or concerns. I can honestly say, the techs takes pride in their job/work because it truly shows on how my vehicle was repaired.

Throughout my whole experience, Anna and Melissa or Alyssa(front receponist,sorry as I don’t do not fully remember her name) were very friendly and professional. Each time I have spoken with them, they were very patient and answered all of my questions in the most expertise way. I felt very comfortable speaking with them and they made this process at ease for me. All of my expectations were met to its full advantage.

well first of all they didn’t put on my license plate and frame on my truck i had to do it myself. they said they didn’t want to drill holes for the bracket, this i didn’t understand since i believe this is part of their job which is to put my truck back together. also i reached out to them and sent them a picture that they had put something on my dashboard and left a paint stain that i wasn’t able to remove. i said will you pay for a detail to get the paint stain removed and they didn’t respond back. very unhappy on how i received my truck back

Not the repairs, but who's responsible to follow through i.e. car rental, authorization, working with Progressive. I had repairs done with you before and everything went smoothly so I selected you again. This time, not so.

Problem with authorization for car rental. Can't figure out who would be responsible. While in your shop I had to call Progressive to ask. They tell me no one told them when my car was coming in to start repairs. Then I had to call Progressive again cause Enterprise still didn't get. You know, I can go on more but I hope you get what I trying to get across. You want to talk to me about it, pls call me and I'm willing to go over this. Hopefully you can tell me where it fell apart. Very frustrating. The repair is OK but the experience not so. out
