During the repair process my car battery was disconnected. Disconnecting the battery lost all data in the information system and the car had to be returned to the dealer for a factory reset on the electronic information system

The only negative was that the pickup times were from 8am-3pm on WEEKDAYS only. Of course my car was ready just before 3 pm on a Friday, so I couldn't pick it up until the following week.

The staff that I talked to intitially "Alyssa" was very nice and easy to talk to but Caitlyn was not friendly at all. She was so hard to talk to and seems like she doesn't care if my issue was resolved. As if she wants me to follow up with insurance every time so that J can get my car home.

Very satisfied with the repair. It looks beautiful.Thank you. However, the car was very dirty inside from the repair. For example, the right side door, dashboard, seat and floor was full of white powdery dust. The floors was very dirty as well. I had to clean my car and wipe everything down when I got home. On the other hand, your office staff is very friendly and accommodating.
