My wife had a vehicular accident with another vehicle on May 5 along Kunia Road, Waipahu, we contacted State Farm Insurance, to report the accident and HPD did the assessment on both vehicles and wrote his report of the incidents. My oldest daughter contacted Tony Group Collision Center, the receptionist told my daughter that the earliest they could take our car in for repairs would be around June 20th. We called other repair shops to see if we could get an earlier appointment but they were also booked until July or August, so we decided to go with Tony Group Collision Center, since we knew it would be repaired and replaced with Honda parts. My daughter booked an appointment with Sherry the Receptionist. Sherry was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. Sherry called us a week before our scheduled date to remind us about the date and time to deliver our vehicle and the registration for our vehicle. From June 20 to August 23, Sherry had maintained constant contact with us to give us a status update on the repairs of our CRV. When there was a about the back log on the international parts for our CRV, Sherry would call to apologize for the delays and would also let us speak to the collision repair supervisor to explain the situation with us, which we believe was very thoughtful of Sherry in caring for her customers. Sherry and everyone at the Tony Group Collision Center, provided top notch quality service to all their customers and my hat goes off to each one of them! I highly would recommend Tony Group Collision Center to all my family and friends. Mahalo Nui Loa to all of them for giving our CRV back to us in better condition than when we first bought it from Tony Honda! God bless all of you!!!
