Not professional enough. The repairs looked good and the exterior of the car were clean. The car runs well with no problems. Poor management interaction and the repairs took a long time...almost 2 months.

I was called on 5/27 to come and pick up my car. When I arrived I found that there were replacements parts on the front passenger floor that had not been installed. The manager wasn"t there and so the other employees suggested that we come back on Tues since Monday was a holiday. We left and they called us 1-2 hrs later and said the car was ready. We were doing something else at that point and could not return. We picked up the car on Tues 5/30 and the parts had been installed. However, the car interior was filled with dust from all the work done on the car. I was frustrated that they had not done a cursory wipe with a damp cloth. The manager never approached me to apologize for the previous miscue on the forgotten parts. He also did not have the line item invoice on what had been repaired on the car until later that day when I received it via email.

The receptionist was great with the greetings and paperwork. The manager did return my once a week calls asking for updates on the vehicle repair.

Instead of replacing they only paint and it takes long time to finish the repair I thought 2 days is the longest because it is only changing the rim and tire

i understand the shipping of parts is out of the control of your facility. I do wish there was better communication about when the car was done! Overall the experience was amazing the car looks and runs amazing and I'm glad to have my baby back!
