Was disappointed that broken glass was not removed from hatch back. I can hear broken glass moving around whenever I open and close hatch. The black rubber molding does not look like it was installed well. It is a painful experience to drive into shop as there is No parking. When we do park it is hard to move car around. Workers are pleasant.

So far no troubles however it took quite long n that was because of a part which had to be searched for.....manager Analyn said i would be reimbursed for 3days of car rental when Tony was not working.....i'm awaiting for reimbursement...

Agent Simon Hanohano did not return my call...however manager Analyn responded to my txt....n receptionist Jean was very accomodating at time of pickup n settlement of charges....i have not yet received reimbursement for 3 days of car rental charged to my credit card..

Went to the service with a perfect car. Drive home, nearly had an accident because my car had no oil and had to be towed back to the dealership. Terrible experience
