First the car sat for a week as I was told personal was going on vacation This caused a hardship as my rental expired and had to pay for transportation Second I was not kept informed at all until I called to find out just why Tony Collision was not keeping me informed of timeline of repairs

I think Tony Collision could make a better effort in regards to the timeline process of when your car goes in to when your car is returned. Tony Collision could make the effort of opening communication before and during process of repair maybe with updates. Just honestly feels like your left in the dark. Only time they communicate with you about anything is when you’re there in person otherwise you have to call in yourself to ask for an update which is not their priority. Time is of the essence for some of us who has to rent a car for the time being or who don’t have a car to use in the meantime.
