I did have to call in when I hadn’t heard back about parts coming in. At first they couldn’t find my car information or even any history of me coming in for the initial appointment… that was odd. I was called back within the day and told that the parts were initially on back order so my file had been closed!?? -odd! Anyway the parts came in and the repair was made satisfactory.

I was never notified of progress to the repairs to my vehicle. They parked and allowed a colony of black ants to infest my car !!! Its been a week and im still catching and spraying insecticide to get rid of them !!!! Area under right headlight does not seem to be repaired properly

The staff is excellent. They kept me well informed it took more than it took about 30 days for me to get the car back. It looked beautiful. However the left front turn signal is not working. That makes the car dangerous to drive. I am awaiting communication from them as to how to proceed.
