Worst experience I’ve ever had with vehicle services ever. I was told services would take 2 weeks max. 35 days later my vehicle was finally finished, exceeding my insurance policies 30 day maximum coverage for a rental car. So I ended up paying out of pocket for almost a week. It took them over 2 weeks just to get the parts in because the horrible technicians didn’t take photos of the parts that were damaged and management lied to me day after day telling me “parts were ordered” when the insurance told me they didn’t even approve estimates. Never coming back to the dogshit place ever again

We were not kept updated on the status of the repair at all. The estimate was 48 hours. Took 9 weeks. We received one email after 4 weeks saying it hadn't been started. That is not acceptable.

Happy that they helped with buffing out some scratches and things, but the light on the right side which was part of the claim is still loose. I was not sure if I should bring it back in, if that would just end up making it worse.

The replacement door seems misaligned, my husband needed to pop in a piece that wasn’t put back, the window needed to be cleaned and I noticed multiple scratches on the window, the seat needed to be cleaned, paint is chipped on the door frame
