Picked up my car today and it looks fantastic can’t even tell anything was damaged! Ismael and Delilah has been extremely helpful through the entire process. Even when there was a slight hiccup they made sure everything would work out and went above and beyond to make it happen

Sadly there was a breakdown of communications. Your software went down and you were not able to send quote to insurance co for several days. - no one kept me informed and had to keep calling you and insurance co (stressful), Noone told me that I could have my hire car delivered to you and leave it with you when repairs were complete.-again a breakdown of communications. Please realize that this trauma doesn t happen often and help is needed to guide a customer. (my 1st accident in 64 years),
