I received my car back in mint condition. It was cleaner than when they received it because they washed the entire car! The area that was damaged looks brand new. They provided great customer service and maintained communication throughout the process. This is my second time using them. They are the best!

I was rear ended but because of a class action lawsuit coming out for my vehicle that was unbeknownst to me, I feel they did not do their due diligence with making sure the vehicle was properly diagnosed and just assumed the problem. I was not informed until after the vehicle pick up that the main problem was not addressed.
