Tony’s Body Shop is very thorough and their entire team is compassionate and kind. They make each part of the process very smooth and seamless for the customer. The service is done in a competent, timely, yet un-rushed manner. I appreciate the regular communication regarding the status of the repair, as well as the communication between them and the insurance company and the car rental company that work together to help make a challenging time a bit more pleasant. I recommend Tony’s Body Shop every chance I get. Hopefully, I won’t need more service anytime soon, but if I do, I’ll be right back to Tony’s.

Repair was timely and very well done. My front bumper was replaced, but only one headlight warranted changing, so, with that one minor cosmetic difference, all else was great. The staff is always so kind, thoughtful and professional. I highly recommend Tony's Body Shop to others.

Honestly with this alarming situation with the humming which could be a wheel bearing issue I do not think the repair was properly done. Would not recommend as I don’t know if it will be safe for others

There are some major issues I am concerned about after the repair. Cosmetically pretty well done but there is some alignment issues with hood and bumper… Furthermore, I checked washer fluid reservoir and it is missing the cap. This was there before the incident. Finally, the biggest problem is there is a rhythmic humming/drone noise at highway speeds (primarily 65-70 mph). The noise: Is present when driving straight or turning left. Completely disappears when turning right. Persists even after I replaced all four tires last week. This noise was not present before the accident or prior to the recent repairs. I believe this is related to the collision repairs (likely a right front wheel bearing or hub assembly issue) The repair shop claimed it is fully repaired but if they tested on the highway this would have been an obvious find. I am very dissatisfied with the repair and feel like this job was not done correctly and frankly I do not trust this car is truly safe to drive.

Repair is Excellent! One gauge r/t # of miles left on tank of gas is not functioning correctly. Will return if it doesn’t resolve. Rolled up tape found under hood and QC paperwork found between seat/console.
