I am giving Top Gun a 9, only because I had to argue back and forth for what was fair and that made the experience more bitter than sweet. I am pleased with the results overall.

I would give this a 9 due to the fact that it was the best that could be done after noticing that the color was off (lighter) once the job was completed. The blending of the sides to try to fix the issue with the color was not necessarily how I expected it to be fixed but based on the circumstances I had no other option. I will say I am pleased with the results, but depending on the angle I can notice the color difference. Plus the arguing was unnecessary because color checks or quality checks should performed prior, during and not only after the job is completed.

Having a serious accident on the way to vacation is a bad way to start out. My home is nearly 6 hours from the shop so I was very nervous about the logistics of getting repairs completed. The crew at Top Gun - Emily, Sterling, and the rest were amazing. Great communication throughout the repair, finding parts in spite of a nationwide back order, and even dealing with my rental car return…. These guys are on top of things. My car needed a little bit of everything (mechanical, body work and paint) and they did it all beautifully. If you’re looking for professional quality work, look no further.
