I was equally disappointed with Topgun and Geico, between both they dropped several balls! But for Topgun my car took 3 weeks to have a simple bumper replaced, a sunroof leak repaired and when the finished the visor that was damaged due to the water leek was not replaced or repaired and my car is a Nissan and they are Nissan certified! It will be hard pressed for me to go back to topgun or recommend them. Just telling it like it is, if anyone at topgun does not agree with this review I will be happy to show them the proof!
