The repair was not completed! Missing decals connecting the hood and the front bumper was not installed after waiting over a month to get the repair completed. It was communicated that we would have the decals installed in a few days and after those few days I got a call stating that the decals didn’t arrive yet. We’re not happy with the bits and pieces of service.

In my opinion, they should tell the truth about where the vehicle completion stage remains. One person told us that the car will be ready on Friday and we arrive Friday to pick up the car just to have another person. Tell us that it won’t be ready till next week. Unacceptable.

Car turned out gorgeous and everyone was so nice! My only frustration is that they did not even start working on my car for almost 2 weeks because of confusion with the person who hit me giving my middle name in place of my last name & they also weren’t sure if they were using my insurance or the person who hit me. The remedy for this would’ve simply been calling me and asking, but instead they just waited and waited until I called for a status update only to find they hadn’t even started working on my car. My car took a month and I didn’t have a rental car for the last 2 weeks of that. It was very difficult trying to get rides to work (I live 40 minutes from my work). They were trying to keep it longer that than but I said I really needed my car and they kindly pushed it to the front. Everyone who worked there is extremely nice and the car did turn out very nice, it just took too long. Overall, I would come back here, and just make sure everything was set from the beginning!

The window trim that was broken by Top Gun and was replaced is not installed correctly, and the rear passenger side door handle was not installed properly/secured. There are door handle parts which are not attached to the door. Antonio said they will fix it. Date unknown.

Towards the end of the process, there was a few times where I was told to expect my car at a certain point, but, turns out, not to be the case. I appreciate the transparency, but maybe less up and down on final finish date. Just be conservative on the finish date. I would rather be pleasantly surprised it’s done earlier than scheduled, than having to deal with multiple days of disappointment.

My repairs were awesome and the the staff I dealt with (Emily and Antonio) were great. I’m hoping I get my next estimate soon for my other repair and they will likely be my choice. The time of the repairs were very decent. Highly recommended this shop!! Loved my detail too, a very nice touch when I picked it up….thank you and see you soon.

I had a wonderful experience, it was set up by my insurance company but the communication I received between Emily and Harold was fantastic. Every update and question was brought to my attention as soon as possible so the repair progress could continue forward. I was always answered with a pleasant attitude and felt I could ask them anything and I wasn’t holding them up. I would definitely come back to Top Gun because of this experience.

I've dealt with other body shops in the area that have done far better work on cars that had worse damage, and were better communicators. I wouldn't bring my car back or recommend this shop to anyone, to be completely honest.

I received many messages, responded to them all, and never got a response back, but when I went to pick up my car they acknowledged that they had received my messages. Ok, so you just chose to ignore me and not respond? Awesome. MY NAME IS NOT DELIS MORALES PAREDES. I've been telling you guys this non-stop and you don't seem to get it. My name is Carlos Gonzalez. Why can't you make this simple change so that my info is correct? Why keep calling me a name that I am not?
