Thank you for trying to repair my front bumper. Patrick and Ariel provided great customer service! Only complaint I have is that the bumper had some scuff marks on it that it didnt have before. I'll try and rub them out. And the inside of the car was left dirty. (dirty hand prints on the inside driver door, driver rear passenger door and inside hatchback. And shoe marks on the plastic driver side bottom door.

My daughter Sage is a f/t student @ UCSD and depends on her vehicle to get to all of her classes, day & nite. When she was in a collision, the thought of being without her car was highly stressful. We chose Torrey Pines Collision Center, and it was a great decision! The owner, Patrick stepped in and made sure we had an EXCELLENT experience! Ariel was also outstanding. They ordered up parts and got Sage's vehicle looking like brand new in no time! Patrick knew Sage had nite classes and he really went out of his way to make her car a priority. We appreciated that so much! As a mom, it really took a lot of stress off of me as well, especially since I am on the Monterey Peninsula... a whole days drive away! If you are in need of a body shop, I highly recommend you give them a call. They will keep you informed throughout the process and are both, trustworthy & highly professional.

Repair looks great. A couple new marks seemed to have come up while in repair. I had to bring it back to buff out one mark, but the other mark wasn't repaired.
