Everything very good and reliable. At times, raising expectations regarding delivery time that then could not be kept--I think there was a medical emergency at Town & County, with several employees out sick. The whole repair was not cheap, but the work was high-quality.

Excellent work and excellent service, but it did take surprisingly long. The texts are a good idea, but after a while, we felt like we were being strung along.

My communication with Jessica concerning the extended time in the repair of my car was not pleasant. There was no timeframe available for completion once we hit 30 days and my rental expenses were no longer covered.

Again, communication was ok up until we hit that 30 day mark. I was out of covered time on my rental, and there was no timeframe available for completion of my car. I was told by Jessica the car needed to look perfect. However, during the 30 days, 2 workers were out sick, only 1 worker was certified to work on my type of car.

I made an effort to avoid giving a low rating and to appreciate the customer service, but my vehicle was delayed at least five times. For most of those delays, I had to be the one to reach out to get updates, as no proactive communication was provided. The car would be ready, then an hour later more changes had to happen. I don't think this was faults of the front desk associates, they were nice.
