I was not happy with my experience with Town and County Auto they did not keep me updated with what was going on with my vehicle I had to constantly call them for updates I’m not a mechanic but I don’t feel like my car had such extensive damage that it would take 2 weeks for repairs I kept calling to get updates and all I kept getting was were waiting for parts I had a friend who had a transmission replacement and it took less time to do those repairs then it took this company to do my repairs!!! if they had informed me what was going on after they finally had a chance to assess the damage and let me know how long it was going to be instead whenever I would call for updates they would say were waiting on parts or we have some of parts we are waiting for some other parts all in all I finally had to call and tell them whatever parts you have just put them on I’m coming to get my car and that was on Tuesday 4/14/2026 I just wasn’t happy with the fact they didn’t keep me informed with when “Specifically I would be getting my car back!!!!

4 weeks was way too long for this work, if I had known it was going to take so long I would have found another repair shop, or bought another car. Also, communication was poor. Often there was a failure to follow through on commitments to call me with an update.

I had no idea it would take 4 weeks for this repair. I would have found another alternative had I known. Also, communication was poor, commitments to call me with updates went unmet. Since picking up my car my trunk has popped open unexpectedly several times but I wouldn’t want to bring the car back in for fear of how long it would take. On the positive side, the repair looks good.

Came to pick up my vehicle and there was damage that was not fixed/unfinished which was disappointing to see but once I pointed it out they took the vehicle back to finish the work. Hoping all works out when I come back just was looking forward to picking up my car today.

So it turns out my vehicle battery actually died during the repair.. so… not really satisfied with the work they sent me home with.
