I was confused when first dropped my car off I was told the SUV was totaled. then after receiving a quote to repair i contacted insurance but. unfortunately no one could answer my question??? Hoping that is not an ongoing problem with other customers.

When I picked up my cat it was squeaking like if the breaks had really bad issues. They kept my car to fix the problem. I respect that they are dealing with the issue. But it makes my cost more for the rental.
