The car was returned with Co a little bit work unfinished. The person who is responsible for it had a surgery. So, we have to bring the car back at some point to finish complete the task.

I loved how informed we were and the work that was completed is great, just the scratch that was missed.

The work at the top of the car where the bulk of the damage was amazing, can't tell anything happened and hopefully next rain storm won't leak. As mentioned there is a large scratch on the door panel that wasn't addressed at all from the accident however so I can't leave a ten.

Customer service was great, they kept me well informed on the progress of the repair. That being said, there is a huge scratch from the accident that was on the lower door panel that wasn't address at all.

Everything very good and reliable. At times, raising expectations regarding delivery time that then could not be kept--I think there was a medical emergency at Town & County, with several employees out sick. The whole repair was not cheap, but the work was high-quality.
