The serice was exceptional! Timely, courteous, helpful with guidance, and I was kept up to date on a daily basis. The car was completed earlier than expected and looks fantastic - brand new! I hope I will not need you again, but should the need arise I will most certainly be back to see you. My initial contact person for the estimate (I'm so sorry I don't have her name at the moment) was FANTASTIC! Yes, I meant those to be captial letters for emphasis......

Piece missing from grill that I wasn’t told about until I found it myself. Not quite sure it wasn’t a grill they picked up from the junk yard. Young lady at the desk was laughing at me and said how long did you think it would take to fix it. If they couldn’t do it should have just said so. You need to treat customers with respect that was an $8,000 job Travelers paid for. Sorry they just tried to put it over on an old person

They had the car from July 2 thru today. When I picked it and looked at it a piece was missing from the grill. They didn’t even mention it. Good thing I saw it. I am on vacation again this week and now have to go back again when the piece comes in. The fact that they didn’t tell me is not acceptable. The girl with the light hair at the front even laughed. They are the worst. Enterprise was wonderful
