The body shop did an excellent job with the repair of my 2020 Explorer. Rick has been amazing and kept us well informed. Even though there are some minor adjustments that need to be made, I have complete confidence in Rick. Town East Ford has come a long way since 2016 when I bought my car and I was very dissatisfied with the dealership and the services. In 2025 I bought a Maverick and I have to admit the dealership has made a major turnaround great service a department that really seems to care. Trey really took care of the issue I was having with my information center kept me well informed and fixed the issue. I was so impressed that when my wife was rear end by a car I decided to to bring it to TEF.

I want to say, I appreciate Town East Ford and especially Rick. I have brought several vehicles there to be fixed and he makes sure he provides the best service. My vehicle was repaired back to its normal condition. When I arrived my vehicle was washed. I just appreciate Rick and his staff.
