The gentleman I spoke to jake or Jacob was great. Explain everything to me. Rebeca was hard to reach not very communicative. There are still scratches on the car were I was told buffing would happen and what looks to be paint splatter. A lot of wax or buffing agent left on car. And two marks on the door that was not there previously
