Reception staff is pleasant. Mechanics are very polite. Everyone is fairly smiley. No one acts like you're a burden or annoying when you have questions. Easy to work with. Clean. Nicely decorated. Efficient. Did good work. Needed a muffler part and they put that on for me, so thank you. Only reason a 9 and not 10 was that my parts didn't come in for months and no one would call to let me know. I would be told they should come in a couple weeks and months would go by without a call. Thanks! Recommended to others!

When I initially brought my car in for them to do their estimate I pointed out a scratch on the hood that was part of the damage. It was not repaired. I wanted to notify the shop before we left but my wife was not feeling well and just wanted to go home. Other than that I was pleased with their work.
