So far, Townline returned my Jeep to me in excellent condition. The shop even cleaned and detailed the entire vehicle. It looks great and seems to be running well. Kimberly from customer service was professional, friendly and kept me very well informed. She explained what to do regarding the rental and ensured it was returned without my having to worry about it. I was initially anxious over the extent of damage to my Jeep and Stan took at least 20 minutes to breakdown the repair process and put my mind at ease. The vehicle was returned to me right on schedule.

Got home the day I picked it up & parking light on new head light wasn't working. Which I brought it back & they replaced bulb. Also found a scrubby in the engine & positive cable was not but back .other an that I was satisfied with the repair.

Communication is not there at all. When im told i will get a call back in an hour or so and i have to call back 3 days later!? Communication needs to be improved in my opinion
