Our Collision Center features the latest in technology and equipment including frame machines, measuring systems, dimension charts, oxy-acetylene resistance, MIG welding equipment, PPG refinishing system; climate controlled downdraft paint booths as well as networked and wireless computerized estimating with digital imaging. We have invested over $1 million dollars into our renovated facility and specialized equipment in order to bring you the latest repair techniques and procedures. Hoon was excellent along with the repair. I apparently misunderstood about involving insurance. USAA's estimate was $1250. Hoon's was $1650. I thought that your company would work with USAA as the repair was being done to get the two numbers to be the same.

My service department manager Hoon Min above and beyond in servicing, my sister‘s RAV4. This gentleman was always on top of everything called me regularly daily to let me know of the daily work on my sister‘s vehicle and kept close contact with Mercury insurance upon picking up my vehicle for my sister the front desk. The young lady is very professional, courteous, and understanding for my sister trying to get all this taken care of. I have nothing but the upmost respect. In regards to your employees, no surprises no issues in regards to the maintenance of my sister‘s vehicle..
