We have invested over $1 million dollars into our renovated facility and specialized equipment in order to bring you the latest repair techniques and procedures. Hoon was excellent along with the repair. I apparently misunderstood about involving insurance. USAA's estimate was $1250. Hoon's was $1650. I thought that your company would work with USAA as the repair was being done to get the two numbers to be the same.
