Had an amazing experience at Toyota Collision of Dallas! From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was so warm and welcoming—it immediately put me at ease. The whole process was smooth, but a huge shoutout goes to my claims representative, Robert Sierra. He kept me updated the entire time, answered all my questions, and made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with. The quality of the repair is fantastic, and because of the great customer service from start to finish, I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car back for any future repairs or send friends and family their way. Highly recommend!
