Although my car was drivable when it was “ready” for pickup, there were several things that should have been tended to more carefully by the collision repair staff. I had to have a new bumper, which had to be painted before being reassembled onto my car. There was white paint smeared on parts of my headlights and my Toyota emblem, as well as the black plastic parts surrounding the grill. There’s also a fragment of the bumper underneath the headlamp that is chipped. There are two other spots, which almost appear as gray paint, that has settled into the white paint on the bumper as well. Thankfully, I was able to wipe the paint off of my head lamps, black plastic, and car emblem by myself. But, I cannot repair the other issues by myself, so after paying my full $1000 deductible, I still have to take the car back to be looked at by the collision center staff again, and plan to have it worked on AGAIN. I was very taken aback that given the price I had to pay to the collision center, I have to deal with this. There was even a scruff on my driver’s door, where it appeared that a shoe had scruffed the bottom of the door. There is also a scratch near the ignition switch, where it looks like someone had scratched it while trying to insert the key to crank it. I’m pretty disappointed.

It's not the same bumper like I had. I'm fine with it tho. Also it's kinda loose but not bad. I pushed in but it comes back. Other than that I'm appreciative.!

Body work looked great and car looked like it had been detailed however passengers side touch entry does not work so I have to take the vehicle back to get it fixed.
