Appointment making to final repair pick up day was easy. You guys even finished a week earlier. Unfortunately, when you called I was at work at wasn't able to show up until the following week. No one's fault. I was told the bracket was still slightly bent. I thought that was fixed or repaired? Oh well.. 😆

I was told there was still a little bend in the bracket behind the bumper in the undercarriage. However, the upside was that the car was finished a week prior to the initial scheduled date. Too bad the car rental, Hertz still charged me the full price of the total length of time.

The latin lady needs to smile more. I didn't know if she hated her job or if she was had "sickahdis" day disease. But the other lady was more pleasant when I picked up my vehicle.

The color match is completely off. The repair of the scratch and dent is great but the whole panel is a different color then the rest of the truck.

Looks like it did before someone hit me while parked in a parking lot! But it just happened again today on the same part of the bumper, hit while I was inside Home Depot. Not as bad, just a few scratches this time. Haven’t decided if I want to pay to fix it again.

They did a terrific job on my truck. Text updates on work status was provided along the way. The mist pleasant surprise it washed and vacuumed. They were very courteous and professional. I have dealt with them before and I am never disappointed. Thank you.
