Very satisfied with my service from traditional autobody. Johnathan was great with his customer service and was able to get the total cost about $100 below what he estimated. I also really appreciated that the interior of the car was wiped down and cleaned before I picked it up.

Multiple miscommunications about when my vehicle would be ready. I was told all parts were in and ready to go on two different occasions. I was told the job (bumper repair and polish and ceramic coat) would take 2+ days, but then it changed to 4, and then again to 6 days.
