My car had a lot of body damage from the accident. After the repair there were still scratches and dings that could be from the accident or could be from door dings and scratches. I guess I couldn’t prove they were not door dings so they weren’t fixed. Fair enough, but a 9 or 10 would be earned from getting these little things as well. Also, they were unable to completely fix the problem, and without a thrown code had to send it to another place for diagnostics. They get a generous 7 because they seen the car quickly, nothing more since it was several weeks with very little updating.
