I cannot say enough about this auto body shop. I am new to the Salem area and unfortunately I needed to take my car here. They have this guy there and his name is Ricky. From the moment I walked in the door, actually from the moment he returned my phone call, to the day he brought my car to me, I knew things would be OK. He treated me with the upmost kindness and respect. Gave me an honest answer. I will be taking my vehicles there should I need their service. I took the shop a special treat today. I hope they enjoy it

Took my truck here after it was hit in a parking lot and left a crease and a scrape down over half the side of my vehicle. Super easy to get into for a quote and appointment to get it fixed. The repair was finished on time and they did an amazing job with it. Can’t even tell where they feathered in the paint. Super happy with all aspects of Traditional auto body’s service!!
