I think they did very good work. Their estimate was very competitive. Because my car was a 2018 model year, they did their best to use the same parts. I told them I wanted the job done right and that if there was any question about clips removed from my damaged passenger door, to purchase new ones. They said they will evaluate all parts before reassembly. My original estimate was over $800 less than a shop I had used in the past. Due to some parts that broke during removal (which they said might happen) the final bill was still over $600 less than the other garage. Very happy!

the Only reason why I am not giving a 10 score is because it looked like the door they replaced was slightly out of alignment; the trim at the top of the door was noticeably off. However, Ricky was happy to address my concerns and when I picked up my car, it looked like the door had never been removed. I’m very pleased with the work they did.
