I was treated with the utmost respect and care starting with Seth Roys,. He told me the treatment I would receive and it held true. From the estimate to car rental to picking up my truck the service was nothing less than friendly and professional. Cindy and Stephanie were wonderful. The truch looks brand new. I really liked getting the updates via text. The fact that Tricounty has rental cars on site was extremely helpful and it was a very clean car. My car took a couple more days than expected so they did not rush to complete it and they advised me with sufficient time, so I was able to adust my schedule without a problem. All the people I deat with were very nice and accomodating. My car turned out awesome!! Thank you.
