Customer service was excellent. I particularly appreciated the fact I could get a quote on the spot without having to make an appointment and come back for it. Repair was done timely as advertised. The car was returned impeccably clean inside and out. Only thing that could be improved is the communication regarding time of completion. I liked the automated email update feature, but if the number of days is bogus because of the way it is set up, then fix the set up, or inform the client that the duration is incorrect. (At that point what's the need for automated updates then, since they are unreliable?) Will definitely come back if I have another repair to be taken care of.
