Unfortunately, we have used Tri-Lakes Collision multiple times this year, but the reason we keep coming back is their outstanding customer service. Gina, at the front desk, is always a pleasure to work with. This is our first experience working with Jorge, and we were extremely satisfied. He went above and beyond to work with our insurance company to be able to repair our Lexus GX470 after they had decided to just total it. Then the team in back did an incredible job in restoring my wife's 'baby' to its pristine condition. Thanks Tri-Lakes.

The body work all seems good. But I was disappointed in the condition of the interior. There was insulation trash in the cup holders, white dust on the floor boards and door panels, and dusty boot prints on the floor mats. The truck interior came back dirtier than when I dropped it off.
