No one called me to discuss the repairs or authorize the work before it was completed and I got no updates. I left my car at Apple Honda- I was never made aware that is was now Tri-state.

I would but only mentioning that there were some communication challenges. But I would say they went both ways so not a significant deterrant to using then.

We have no real way to know how well they did (almost all of the work was done on parts of the car not readily visible - underside), but absolutely no reason to think they didn't do a good job. Everything seems to be working perfectly well.

We had a positive experience overall. There was some confusion early on regarding the insurance and the job seemed to drag on a bit longer than we anticipated. But part of those issues were definitely on us so I can't really hold it too much against Tri-state. Overall, I would be happy to recommend the group to anyone who asked with the caveat that any future customers focus on clear communication (in both directions).

Whichever repair technician was responsible for my car did an awesome job! My new bumper looks amazing and the trunk looks brand new! They went above and beyond with vacuuming my trunk and the interior, cleaning my windows and shining/buffing the rest of the car AND shining my (need to be replaced) tires! A huge thank you for all of that extra love and attention!

I have been using this body shop for years. However, I’m very disappointed with the lack of quality control. My vehicle was said to be completed ready for picked up. However is was clear that there was no quality control since the parts were installed incorrectly. I understand that aftermarket parts were used. However, if they weren’t installed correctly or left gaps on the vehicle, I should’ve not been told to come pick it back up until this was taken care with the insurance company.
