This is actually the second vehicle I have brought to this location I thought because they were new owners it would be better and because it's kind of close to my home I decided to give them another try I will never ever recommend this place to anybody nor will I ever take any of my vehicles here for repairs

11 days after the work was done on my vehicle I had to take it back to tri state and have them refasten the panel on to my driver side door

I had to call the collision center and ask if my vehicle was ready. The said the called me to let me know that vehicle was ready. It turned out that they called an old phone number from over 4 years ago that I gave them not the updated number that I provided them on the current form that I filled out on May 7th

Only one thing when the door panel was removed there was an unexpected item was damaged. The vehicle was a 2026 so no wear and tear. Felt I should not have been responsible to replace part damage by the body shop removing it.
