You were really really great on the front end but then released my van back with the alignment still out of place, when I brought it back they acknowledged that they should have checked that and they would reach out Monday.. no one called Monday, I called Tuesday I was told by Stephanie the part was being ordered and they would call me... Now it's Thursday and I'll be following up with you, again bc you aren't initiating contact. Now it's supposed to take half a day to fix and I can no longer have a rental, this is an additional stress you put me in. I also am driving a can I know has a bent rod that "safe for now" that causes shaking and again, you're not communicating

Paint job looks good... But the actual inside mechanical parts were not addressed!!! The more I think about it and write this review the more absurd I realize this situation is and I'm even less like to return after this or recommend you.

To my face, polite, nice, just fine. But the proof is in the pudding and this dessert doesn't taste good. You didn't fix the van and you aren't communicating properly to make a meaningful fix.

They had my car for three weeks and didn’t realize that I didn’t have any headlights. It came in on a flatbed. I got charged for a battery and an alternator said that there was oil spilled all over my alternator. Just got an oil change a month beforehand, and it never showed it out never smell any oil burning. Get my car back finally after we initiated putting the extra parts in that we have to pay for it because the insurance won’t do it and I still don’t have headlights after I spoke with them three different times on my headlight stopped working in my car died. They have my whole front grill pulled apart from a fender bender and could not tell could not fix my headlights.
