The work was done within the time period promised, but I visited several different body shops to get an estimate before going with Tripp's. I was disappointed because they contacted my insurance company twice to request additional payments beyond the initial quote. In addition, my car was not cleaned upon pickup, and it looked as if one of the scratches was not done well at first. I had to take it to the car wash to be washed and use a buffing towel to ensure the scratch was gone. Finally, I'm disappointed to hear that this is no longer a family business that honors the previous offer of having the deductible waived up to a given value. I have used Tripp's Auto Collision for two different repairs, but it is unlikely that I will choose this business in the future.
