The process was smooth and relatively painless. My questions were answered patiently, and I appreciated the coordination between Tripps, Progressive, and Enterprise. While I did get a strange sensor error after the repair, a quick stop back in the shop and it was resolved. And no remnant of the collision is apparent, which is great. Thank you!

I had hoped for more repair but, my BMW was returned in better condition than it was pre accident. They were diligent to quickly get the proper grill though their vendor sent the wrong one at least five times. My car looks great and I am happy it back. Steffny is cute. Good job Tripps.
