My truck had been having issues with losing power over 65mph. The Jackson location took the time to diagnose the problem and not just throw parts at it. I cannot thank you enough for the effort and follow up. I was informed the whole time. Kevin and his team really have something great going on.

Experience was great! Good customer service and the work was impeccable. I was disappointed they no longer help with your deductible as it was a huge reason I used Tripps in the past. Incredibly sad to see this was ended - it’s what set Tripp’s apart from other body shops. I also didn’t like I couldn’t write a personal check. My bank is not local so getting a cashier check was not doable. However, the service and work they did was incredible and flawless.

Waiting on three parts and the bed to be sprayed. Inspected the truck when I got home, front driver’s side handle button does not work. There are numerous bump? On passenger side door and there appears to be paint that had flowed down, on driver’s side roof and dried into a ball. Also, some of the black molding was painted….All of this will be talked about.
