I was very happy that when I got a call for the car taking one more day to finish some calibration checks, Tripp’s was able to still finish it on the same day. My rental was due on that day and that really helped out for not needing to extend it another day.

Items that weren't caught - the missing screws on the passenger side and the left front caliper mounting bolts being loose did not inspire trust or confidence in the quality of the repair.

Van had multiple issues that made the van feel unsafe to drive. Grinding brakes, extreme shuddering on braking, clanking noise at the left front tire, missing two screws that attached the inner wheel cover to the new fender, and a clunking sound from the right front tire.

Oh my, I can't even express the gratitude and happiness that we have for Tripps. Shelby and Cory Thank you for hanging in their with us through all of this. We also thank the whole crew who has been nothing but helpful and kind. My car is absolutely beautiful, kudos to the mechanics and all of you who worked on her. If she could smile she would. I would highly recommend Tripps for all repairs needed. They will always have our business and anyone who asks us where to go it will be Tripps Collision. There a 10 star business. I gave it a 8 only because, I have to wait a long time before I can wash it. I was told that my vehicle could stay in a room to bake and it would have been fine afterwards.

I appreciated how all who worked on the vehicle repair. You had to deal with some bad parts coming in at first as the insurance company wanted you to use used parts. Once that was changed as everything was done 1 2 3...and my car was ready. And you kept in contact with me about what was going on with my vehicle and when it was possibe it could be ready. And today. 4/11/2025, Friday it was ready. And I'm glad to have my vehicle back because the Jeep Wrangler was too big of a vehicle for me.
